While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the same item or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed item within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item is made to order or custom we do not offer refunds.
If you wish to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. Once order starts processing( in the case of made to order) we do not accept cancellations.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of exchange or store credit.
Store credit is redeemable online or by phone with a TLZ representative.
PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN MAIL BY FAULT OF CUSTOMER NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED.
IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN MAIL DUE TO TLZ IT ALL EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CREDITS WILL BE OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
IF ITEMS ARE LOST IN MAIL DUE TO CLIENT ALL RESHIPPING FEES MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMER, AND IF FAULT OF COMPANY FEES WILL BE HANDLED BY TLZ.
For any reason that your items may not have been delivered because you missed the package. We will honor resending items if it is returned to us within 60 days of purchase (shipping must be paid by customer). Anytime over that time frame items are subject to be taken from our inventory do to seasonal changes. We can honor you with a credit in the amount for future purchase.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit:
Any items marked sale will not be accepted for store credit or exchange - this includes flash sales.
Items that are worn, washed or altered including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains. Soiled garments will be returned.
Items without tags, this includes liners on all bikini bottoms.
RETURN EXCHANGE PROCESSING
Please email us at email@example.com Subject line "RETURN order #" to process your exchange.
Once Request to Return is authorized you will be issued an RMA #.
DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT RMA NUMBER or YOU RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
The RMA number provided must be put on the original invoice from your order and front of package.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Unless issues is our fault we will provide paid for return shipping.. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. We do charge $5.99 for return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed or exchanged.
